Fall sports will soon be starting for 6th and 7th grade students! If your child/children are interested in any fall sports for this school year please complete all steps below in order for your child to start official practice, dates and times will be communicated from coaches.

Your child will NOT be able to practice until the steps below are completed.

To complete your child's sports registration:

1. Returning or new student registration must be completed each school year using Infinite Campus.

2. Complete this sports registration form and submit it.

3. Email or drop off your child's Physical Form signed by a doctor to gigisiegert@re3j.com.  Physicals are good for 365 days, please make sure your child has a current physical.

4. Email or drop off proof of insurance or School Insurance to gigisiegert@re3j.com.

5. Payment of Sports fee  $75.00 per sport with a cap of $150.00  Payment will be made using Infinite campus parent portal or drop off a check to LIA school attention Gigi Siegert-Chatman. Per handbook, all sport fees must be paid before the first game/meet.  Registration and fees will be processed through the student’s home school. If you are unable to pay, you will be asked to set up a payment plan.

If your student has sports fees from past years, these MUST be paid before the 1st practice. If you are unable to pay these, you will be asked to set up a payment plan. If they are not paid, and there is not a payment plan being set up, your student will possibly sit out of practice until this is done.

Below is the current athletics offered and the practice locations. 
Football 7th, 8th WCMS
Boys Soccer 6th*, 7th, 8th WCMS
Volleyball 7th, LIA
Volleyball 8th, WCMS
Cross Country 6th*, 7th, 8th WCMS

*6th Grade Athletic participation and availability will be determined yearly based on factors such as 7th and 8th grade participation levels, transportation, and other considerations.

TRANSPORTATION

Re-3J provides transportation to all competitions and practices as follows:

For Competitions:

• Pickup: Students will be picked up from their home school. Coaches will coordinate with transportation to determine the pickup order and communicate details to parents and students.

• Return: Coaches will communicate the drop-off location (either LIA or WCMS) after competitions. 

For Practices:

• LIA Students that are transported to their practice AT WCMS will have an activity bus option for return to LIA. If a LIA student practices at LIA they must be picked up or walk home from LIA. 

• Special arrangements: 

• 7th grade volleyball and basketball players are bused from WCMS to LIA for practice. 

• LIA athletes are bused from LIA to WCMS for practice.
